Night Creature
Night creature, must you be so abstruse?
The sunlight awaits your skin
Torn we are, thrust to me woe gloom.
I wither, despite a firewood warmth
The twilight arose my sins
Your river, in which I bathed I've lost.
You glimmer, amongst these moonlit hues
The daylight awoke your sting
Forever, will you not forgive this fool?
The weather, it drowns a sun-less blue
The streetlights awashed my shifting
Us together, in this chasm I lure.
Night creature, must you curse so lovely?
The midnight's anew in your sing
This winter, curse your swain for eternity.
